XperRam - S Raman System

Confocal Raman Spectroscopy Imaging

Description:

This is the most popular configuration in the range, offering the optimum mix of high performance, flexibility and affordability.

It utilises confocal/3D Raman imaging and analysis, fast 2D scanning over a wide area (200µm x 200µm). Includes bright field microscope imaging, up to three laser/filter combinations (532-1064nm), interchangeable and rotatable VPH grating, Photoluminescence and Electroluminescence.

The interchangeable VPH grating deliversensure that you gain high spectral efficiency in your measurement’s vs other technologies.

A complete laboratory instrument that will suit most application needs, the modular design alows for future expansion as your research develops and budgets allow.

The XperRam – S can come in two configurations either with the 2D Raman imaging and scanning module or without. These are the XperRam -S-2D and XperRam-S-N

You then have a choice and option to customise your Raman solution on the following options on Raman laser, optical filter, grating and spectrometer which can all be found in the system specifications tables below.
