We offer a range of battery cyclers and formation systems together with ancillary products and materials. Cyclers range from single channel to high channel counts, uA up to 1,000’s of kiloamps.
Note, that this page is focused on cyclers and higher power potentiostats which are often used for cycling and often with impedance. Many of our broader range of potentiostats are also used in battery labs and materials research labs and can be found on our potentiostats page here.
Battery Cyclers- Cells
XCTS Mk2 Series

Cell testing to 6V and models to 80A (800A in the optional parallel mode) and includes automatic dynamic current range switching.
Cell Test System (CTS)

Cell testing to 6V and 5A (20A in parallel operation) on each of 32 independent test channels (each with temperature input). 200nA precision for low current measurements.
MRS-HR Cell Test System

Designed for testing cells this regenerative system delivers up to 1000A (2,400A in parallel operation) and voltages to 6V in a highly energy-efficient, switched-mode design.
OctoStat Series

- 8-channel Potentiostat/Galvanostat/ZRA
- Stackable to128 channels
- Independent FRA/EIS per channel
- Runs without pc controller
- No data loss on pc disconnect
IviCycle

32 channel battery test system with impedance / EIS. Combines cycler and potentiostat capability and software. Modular design with selectable modules from 30mA to 3A. Systems can be combined to 256 channels. Each channel is an independently programmable potentiostat + cycler + ZRA.
580 & 585 Battery Cyclers

8-channel, 1A and 5A battery cyclers from Scribner. Each includes High Frequency Resistance capability for ac measurement of battery internal resistance.
NanoCycler – Battery Cycler

A compact, easy-to-use high density and multichannel 200mA battery cycler designed to test standard 2032 and 2025 coin cells (also lower power pouch cells) in the laboratory environment.
OrigaFlex Multichannel Potentiostat System

Origalys’s Origaflex is a modular potentiostat system with a range of potentiostat modules up to ±10A and with compliance voltage of ±20V (±15V Applied). Applications include electrochemistry and battery research.

RPS Battery Pack Test System

Regenerative system offering voltages to 1500V and currents up to 1000A at a maximum power of 500kW. A Battery safety (BSD) is integrated in the system and many additional options are possible.
MRS-HR Module Test System

Regenerative test system offering voltages to 80 V and currents to 540A (1500A in parallel operation) delivered by a modern switched mode design ensures high energy efficiency with reduced cooling required to run this system.
