Battery Cyclers

We offer a range of battery cyclers and formation systems together with ancillary products and materials. Cyclers range from single channel to high channel counts, uA up to 1,000’s of kiloamps.

Note, that this page is focused on cyclers and higher power potentiostats which are often used for cycling and often with impedance. Many of our broader range of potentiostats are also used in battery labs and materials research labs and can be found on our potentiostats page here.

Battery Cyclers

32 independent 5A/6V test channels each with 200nA precision and temperature input).

To 20 channels each with 6V / 80A (800A in parallel mode.  Energy recycling and regeneration.

Regenerative multichannel regenerative cycler delivers up to 1000A (2,400A in parallel operation) up to 6V.

Best for coin cells, small and medium size pouch cells, 18650s, 21700s, 28850s, and 4680s.

A modular potentiostat system with modules up to ±10A and ±20V (±15V Applied). Ideal for applications including electrochemistry and battery research.

Best for large pouch cells, and prismatic cells.

8-channel Cycler/Potentiostat/Galvanostat/ZRA, stackable to 128 channels each with independent FRA/EIS.  To 15A/128A with OctoBOOST.  30mA, 200mA, 5A versions.  Runs and saves data without pc controller.

8-channel booster with EIS over 10µHz-10kHz and 16A per channel, parallelable up to 128A.  For use with OctoStat or Ivium single channel potentiostats used either singly or with multiple single channel instruments.
